How can I place an order at FOURIER?

Simply visit our online store, choose your size/color, add it to your cart, and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with the details.

Remember that by subscribing you will receive a 10% discount code on your first order.

Can I modify my order after confirming it?

If your order hasn't been processed yet, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@fouriercycling.com , including your order number. Once it's shipped, we can't make any changes.

Where can I find sizing information and product guides?

You'll find a detailed sizing guide on each product page. If you have any additional questions, please contact us.

What shipping options do you offer and what are the delivery times?

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive a tracking number once your order has left the warehouse.

Can I change the delivery destination after purchase?

If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can change the address. Once in transit, the destination cannot be changed.

What is your returns and refunds policy?

You can return products following our Refund Policy , as long as they are in their original condition.

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

Normally between 6 and 8 business days from receipt and verification of the product.

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?

Send us photos, a description of the problem, and your order number. You can choose between a replacement or a refund.

Can I change the size or color of an item I've already purchased?

Yes, through our exchange portal. Enter your order number and email address to process the return label.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and other local options depending on the country.

What happens if I can't find my order number?

Check your confirmation email (including spam). If you don't find it, please contact us with your name, purchase date, and other relevant information.

We publish all our rides on our official Strava page and Instagram.

When do event registrations open?

They are advertised in the Community section of the website, as well as in the newsletter and on Instagram.

Can I participate in events even if I don't buy FOURIER clothing?

Yes, all cyclists are welcome.
It is true that we ask for the use of FOURIER clothing at events.

The content we create is the only thing we take away from these events, and if we don't showcase the products, that marketing doesn't work. Let's never forget that, above all, FOURIER is a clothing brand, and without a business, there's no community or events.
