EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and with their original packaging and tags, within 30 days of receipt.

Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (€2.99 in Spain and Europe), although the first exchange or return is free in Spain.

All returns must be handed in at a collection point.

It is possible to exchange it for the same product in another size, or for a product of the same (or lower) value.

Refunds are processed every Friday and take between 3 and 5 business days to appear in your bank account.
