EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and with their original packaging and tags, within 30 days of receipt.

Changes are completely free , and can be made through the changes portal by entering your email and order number (format #FCXXXXX).

It is possible to exchange it for the same product in another size, or for a product of the same (or lower) value.

All returns have a cost of €4 which corresponds to the logistics costs, and are borne by the customer.

All returns must be handed in at the collection point.

Refunds are processed every Friday and take between 3 and 5 business days to appear in your bank account.
