SHIPMENT

After making your purchase you will receive a confirmation email and another with order tracking information.

Orders placed before 13:00 are prepared that same day (except weekends and holidays).

For domestic shipments, if delivery fails twice, the package will be sent to the nearest collection point.

FOURIER® is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

During launches, Black Friday or Christmas there may be some delay in delivery.

CUSTOMS

Some countries apply customs duties. The customer is responsible for paying these; the courier will notify you of the amount.
If payment is not received, the package will be returned to our warehouses and the order will be refunded minus any associated costs.
