At FOURIER, we don't want a fall to be the end of your gear. That is why we offer our Crash Replacement service, with a 30% discount on the purchase of a new garment to replace one that has been damaged as a result of a fall.
We want you back on the road as soon as possible.
Please contact our team by sending your order number (orders@fouriercycling.com), a brief explanation of what happened, and photographs clearly showing the damage to the garment.
Once your request has been reviewed, our team will get in touch with you to advise you on the next steps and, if you meet the program's conditions, provide you with a 30% discount to purchase the replacement garment.
If the same model, color, or size is no longer available, our team will help you find an equivalent alternative within the current FOURIER collection.
Availability will always be subject to the stock existing at the time the request is processed.
The Crash Replacement discount cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or offers, unless otherwise expressly stated by FOURIER.
Once your application is approved, you will receive the specific instructions and conditions for using your 30% discount.
