SHIPPING

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and another email with your tracking information.

Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. are prepared the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

For national shipments, if delivery fails twice, the package will be redirected to the nearest pickup point.

FOURIER® is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

During product launches, Black Friday, or Christmas, delivery times may experience slight delays.

Europe 48/72 h – €1.99 (Free > €150)
USA 48/72 h – $2.99 (Free > $250)
Rest of the world 3–5 days – €9.99

CUSTOMS

Some countries apply customs fees. The customer is responsible for paying these charges, and the courier will notify the amount due.
If the fees are not paid, the package will be returned to our warehouse and the order will be refunded, minus any associated costs.
