EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and with their original packaging and tags, within 30 days of receiving the order.

Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (€2.99 in Spain and Europe), although the first exchange or return in Spain is free of charge.

All returns must be dropped off at a designated collection point.

You may request an exchange for the same product in a different size or for another product of equal (or lower) value.

Refunds are processed every Friday and may take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your bank account.
